Very sound proofing from windows facing the street. Mario and his very nice mother. Coffee and water available. Daily cleaning.

Mario is really awesome. Him and his mother will take good care of you. The phone that he provided was a plus and turned out to be very useful. The room is clean, beautifully decorated and the shower is awesome! The location is perfect, next to the metro and 4 mins walk to the vatican. Mario helped us plan our trip so we wouldn’t miss anything.
